Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow causes pain around the lateral epicondyle. It causes pain and tenderness at the site where the tendons of the forearm attach to the outside of the elbow. You may feel the pain along the outside of the forearm and cause stiffness around the elbow, weakness in the hands or wrists. Sometimes it may cause numbness or tingling in the hand and/ or fingers. You may be more likely to develop this condition if you have a job involving repetitive movements.  Physical therapy can be effective but most of the times injections are needed using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to help in managing the condition safely and more effectively.
